Villa Ida is a modern semi-detached villa renovated in 2023 and divided into two houses, both with 6 sleeping places. The house overlooks a large garden with big trees and a brand new infinity pool with sunbeds and parasols available (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). The house is about 3.5 km from the centre of Garda and the beach, 1.5 km from the centre of Costermano. This area of Lake Garda, away from massive tourism, allows you to discover the area through many cycling routes that start right in the proximity of the house, such as the well-known Valle dei Mulini.
The Rodole unit, located on the ground floor, has a large double bedroom with wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, a further single bed and a supplementary pull-out bed, a small bathroom with shower, a windowed main bathroom with laundry corner with washing machine, shower box and double washbasin. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
