Hidden Valley is one of Mammoth Lakes’ true gems – our condominium complex is uniquely located in a convenient, central part of town while at the same time being....well....“hidden," as our name would suggest. The property is located on one of the main roads in Mammoth Lakes, and yet it is largely out of view of street traffic and passersby. The main driveway to our property drops away from the well-traveled Lake Mary Road into a small valley of its own, creating a quiet environment for our permanent residents and visitors alike. And yet in just a few short minutes, one can walk to The Village, its shops and restaurants, and the “Village Gondola” that shuttles skiers, snowboarders, and scenic riders to the Canyon Lodge base area in the wintertime. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - No Pets unless specified. For Pet Friendly properties, a Pet Fee will be charged after booking
- - Maximum occupancy is listed in the description. Exceeding the max number of guests will result in fines or imprisonment
