Hiking, Nordic Skiing and Snowshoeing Nearby – These beautiful townhomes are located at the mouth of Antlers Gulch, which offers hiking trails up into the Gulch and the perfect opportunity to do some snowshoeing in the winter. It is also very close to the golf course and Keystone Nordic Center for cross-country skiing. Situated on the edge of Keystone, this location is very desirable for the non-skier as well being a short drive away to shopping the outlet stores of Dillon.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Rules for this unit are as follows:
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- Children are allowed.
- The minimum age limit for this unit is 25.
- We cannot guarantee early access to your lodging room. If you must have early access, we recommend reserving the night before. The evening prior to arrival, we may grant some early check in guarantees for a fee. Please text message us after 5 pm the day prior to your arrival for confirmation and payment. Same day reservation/arrivals do not qualify for early check in. Please do not request early check in or late check out in 3rd party apps as those are not monitored by the SummitCove front desk.
- Condos have access to one parking space. If you have additional vehicles, there are options for paid parking. But per Keystone Resort rules, each condo reservation will be given one parking permit. Townhomes and private homes *may* have access to additional parking spaces. Please inquire prior to booking a reservation if you will bring more than one vehicle.
