Located in the neighbourhood formerly know as "Wapping", this is a real city warehouse apartment and was the unofficial name for the area in the 18th and 19th Century. It was the centre of ship building and commerce, and was occupied by the local workers due to its proximity to the docks. Today it is a vibrant area and you are just minutes away from the best Hobart has to offer - Waterfront, Theatre Royal, Queens Domain, Royal Botanic Gardens, Hobart Aquatic Centre and Salamanca. There is also the convenience of a major supermarket nearby, the Royal Hobart Hospital and city shopping.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
