Located in the Sedona Oak Creek Estados condominium community, this single level condo sits on the second floor and offers 776 square feet with one bedroom and one bathroom to sleep up to four guests.
Entering through home’s front door puts you into the open main living space featuring the living room, dining room and kitchen.
Living Room: This space holds comfortable furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa, accent chairs, 46” Smart TV, decorative fireplace (non-functional) and access to a private balcony. The space is accentuated by a high wood beam ceiling. Enjoy a night in with some board games or a puzzle!
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and all the equipment and utensils needed to create delicious meals and snacks.
Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for four.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master bedroom — Queen size bed, 42” Smart TV, the ensuite bathroom offers a separate vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor spaces:
The private covered balcony offers an outdoor sectional for lots of seating.
Community Amenities
There is a community hot tub and pool available. There are also seasonal tennis courts and community BBQ grills.
The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas.
