Apartment: We invite you to visit our unique two-level apartment, located in a modern villa that captures the spirit of mountain nature. The space was designed to perfectly reflect the mountain atmosphere and combine it with modern, natural materials. Our offer includes a beautiful apartment, which consists of three separate bedrooms, a spacious living room and two bathrooms. However, it is the terrace overlooking the picturesque panorama of the mountains that gives the place its extraordinary charm. The interiors of the apartment impress with their uniqueness thanks to the use of fashionable materials and furniture, which perfectly blend with the mountainous surroundings. This is a place where up to eight guests can relax. We offer comfortable Queen Size double beds in two bedrooms, two single beds in the third bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. In the living area you will find a kitchenette, equipped with all the necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and much more. For your convenience, we also have a washing machine, and one of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower. A TV with access to terrestrial television is placed in the lounge area. Not only comfort, but also access to high-speed wireless Internet (WiFi) and air conditioning will ensure your comfort and pleasure during your stay. This is a place full of comfort and unique atmosphere, which will certainly meet the expectations of guests wishing to enjoy the peace and harmony of the Polish mountains. We invite you to experience a unique stay, where modern amenities meet mountain charm, creating an unforgettable atmosphere in the heart of nature. ~~~ Access ~~~ Guests can use all the amenities available in the apartment, including coffee, tea, etc., as well as the equipment of the apartment (washing machine, hair dryer, iron, etc.) - unless otherwise stated in the description. We provide fresh linen and towels in a hotel standard. On request, we provide a portable baby cot. We offer our Guests breakfasts at a price of 40 PLN per person: 1. The order for at least 2 meals is delivered in the form of catering. 2. Breakfast are served from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. 3. We accept payment by card or bank transfer. 4. Orders can be placed until 5:00 pm the day before breakfast. ~~~ Help ~~~ Property Manager is a new class of apartment service, receiving guests is our specialty. We contact our guests as needed, helping them to organize their stay, ensuring an unforgettable stay and high quality services. We provide advice and local recommendations, and we also offer our own transfer services. Our guests can book breakfast to the apartment or order room service. Thanks to the non-contact procedure of self-check-in, we can welcome you in a safe and comfortable way, guaranteeing the comfort of checking in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If necessary, our local team is ready to meet you in person at any time. ~~~ Notes ~~~ We kindly ask you to abide by the House Regulations, mainly with regard to keeping quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. (it is absolutely forbidden to organize parties after 10:00 p.m.) and that smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Each breach of the regulations results in the commencement of the debt collection process by the booking portal and the collection of a deposit. ~~~ House Rules ~~~ Feel at home and take care of our place as if it was yours. 1. Turn off the light when you are not using it. 2. Do not let unverified people into the apartment. 3. The User is fully responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the stay. Guests will be charged with any material damage, if any. 4. People not mentioned in the booking are not allowed to stay in the apartment. 5. Organizing parties, parties or special events is strictly prohibited if it has not been previously discussed with the host. 6. Make sure that all windows are closed before leaving the house. 7. This is a non-smoking apartment. In the event of a breach, a one-time penalty fee will be applied. 8. Late check-out is subject to a surcharge of EUR 15 per hour. 9. Parking, if available, is charged as an additional fee of EUR 15 / day, unless otherwise stated in the description.
