Villas Loukas is the ideal location for those who don’t want to drive on vacation. This luxurious villa is just a 5-minute walk away from the beach and a 10-minute walk from Sivota. Visit to relax on the beach or go on an adventure and take a tour of ancient world heritage sights in Albania or book a private yacht for the day around Paxos and Anti Paxos. This contemporary villa is situated on the edge of Sivota village, very close to the peaceful bay of Karvouno. All floors have a balcony or access to terraces, and there is an additional living area and kitchenette on the lower floor. We recommend this villa for a couple or a family with older children, who might also enjoy the freedom of being able to wander down to the beach bar and restaurant close by. The pretty harbor of Sivota with its pretty tavernas, cafes and bars are within walking distance, as is Bella Vraka beach which has excellent water sports such as canoeing and sailing....

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
