The Master Suite features a king-sized bed with Tempurpedic mattress, nightstands, and a sliding glass door that opens to the waterfront balcony. There is also a small desk with a monitor available for you. The master bathroom features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- • 25 years old to book

- • No smoking inside
- • No parties
- • No loud music after 11:00pm
- • Please clean out food from fridge.
- • Consolidate trash out of bathrooms and kitchen and put in dumpster when leaving the complex
- • Please clean up dishes and run dishwasher
- • Turn off lights, close windows and lock the door on your way out.
