Upon entering, we are welcomed by the living room, flooded with natural light, which combines a comfortable sofa area — perfect for relaxing and watching television at the end of the day — with a dining area equipped with a table and chairs, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to complete dinners, and also features a practical area with a washing machine, iron and essential utensils, guaranteeing total comfort during your stay. The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, and another with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort. Additionally, there is a shared bathroom for use by all guests, ensuring practicality and flexibility. On the outside, guests can enjoy a shared swimming pool, children’s playground and covered garage for one car, combining leisure and functionality in the same space. Located in a luxury condominium, close to various cafés, supermarkets and services, this apartment is the perfect choice for those seeking spaciousness, brightness and comfort, with all the amenities for a practical and relaxing stay.
