You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. - For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. - There are public paid Electric Vehicle chargers throughout downtown Knoxville, and there is not a free one available at the property. We recommend searching for close by charging stations, such as at ChargePoint Charging Station located at 811 Neyland Dr, Knoxville or you can try and check Electric Vehicle Charging Station at 520 State St, Knoxville, TN 37902. **Please Note: There is a parking pass in the unit for the parking lot located at 305 W Vine Ave. The pass is good until the 8th of the month after the month shown on the pass. For example, if it says “March 2018” then it is good through April 8th. DO NOT PARK IN THE LOT UNLESS THE PASS IS IN YOUR CAR BECAUSE THEY WILL TOW IT! Also, make sure you put the pass back before you check out! This lot is about 3 blocks away so you may want to pull into one of the metered spots in front of the building to unload your luggage and grab the parking pass.
