This magnificent and imposing villa is located on a spectacular and private position within two minutes’ walk from the village square. Having been the manor house of the village in the old days, it has been lovingly restored and redecorated by the family’s grandchildren in a hand-crafted way retaining the thick stone walls and Venetian architecture.
The house embraces elegance with beautiful stylish interiors, local stonework and high ceilings. Spacious terraces on different levels, with day-beds and a hammock, offer wonderful opportunities for relaxation and alfresco dining, all with magnificent panoramic views.
Four beautifully decorated, en suite bedrooms, stocked with top quality bedding, mattresses and linens are spread in different levels. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one is located on the first floor, and the master bedroom with private terrace and outdoor hot tub on the top floor of the 320 square meter mansion.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining room are located on the first floor aside the comfy living room. Wide glass doors open onto a spacious covered terrace that hosts a large outdoor dining table and chairs. Magical views to the fertile countryside and rolling hills all the way to the sea and Akrotiri peninsula can be enjoyed from here.
To top it all up, an interior gym, sauna, wine cellar and tea kitchen with small fridge, are conveniently located on the ground floor with easy access to the pool terrace and gardens.
