Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. This is monitored with outside cameras. No local bookings allowed.
- Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
- No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors!
- NO Smoking of any kind
- NO Parties
- NO Confetti or taping things to walls
- ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Don't try to sneak an animal in - we will know! It will be a $500 fine. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the garage. $125 pet fee that must be approved prior to your stay.
