With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, there’s plenty of space for everyone to soak up the sun. On the first floor, discover a lovely bedroom with a full-size bed and an ensuite featuring a walk-in shower. This floor also provides access to the garage, perfect for storing beach toys, coolers, and accessories (please note, no parking allowed in the garage). Ascend to the second floor and find the Master bedroom, complete with a queen-size bed and a master ensuite boasting a shower/tub combo and double vanity. The second guest bedroom on this floor offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Prepare to be amazed on the third floor, where an open floor plan awaits. Step into the fully stocked kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to whip up delicious beachside meals. Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved.
