Lime-washed exposed brick walls adorn the three main gathering spaces, each of which has been designed to create memories that last a lifetime. Up one level, the dining area accommodates up to eight Lucky guests for an intimate home-cooked or catered meal. The adjacent kitchen is a chef’s dream, with a gas range, high-end stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and an expansive kitchen island. Prepare your favorite dishes and hand-crafted cocktails while overlooking the open floor plan and sitting area fitted with a large flat-screen TV. Two sets of French doors open to a full-width terrace offering year-round indoor/outdoor living; the large table, that has seating for 6, and the modern gas grill will let you spend your mornings and evenings in comfort and style! Use the elevator or take the stairs to access the guest suites, which are laid out across the top two levels. On the second floor is the primary suite, with grand south-facing windows that wash the room with natural light; there’s a plush king-sized bed, a state-of-the-art ensuite bathroom, and a custom walk-in closet with built-ins for all your belongings. The second suite is a serene oasis, with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with a large shower-tub combination. Off the hallway on the second floor are a novel office nook and the laundry room with full-sized front-load washer and dryer. On the third floor, the loft-like suite can be accessed via stairs or elevator. This room will welcome you with custom wallpaper, walk-in closet, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom. Guests staying in the upstairs suite can access a private sitting deck with rocking chairs from which to watch the namesake Savannah Sunrise illuminate the morning sky. Savannah Sunrise is a lovely, level two-block walk from the Thompson Hotel and its famed Bar Julian, a rooftop bar with soaring views overlooking the Historic District and Eastern Wharf Park, where monthly concerts take place and food trucks park every Thursday!
