This beautiful two-story home sits caddy-corner to Washington Square, and includes a huge backyard and private parking in a prime location. Fully renovated, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The open concept kitchen and living area are perfect for cooking a meal or planning your adventures. The stainless steel appliances provide a modern flare against the plantation shutters and gleaming wood flooring. Easily enter the private courtyard through the side door, where you’ll find outdoor seating and a stainless steel barbeque. The downstairs has a half bath tucked under the stairs, and a King sized bedroom and en suite bath at the end of the hall.
You’ll find two additional bedrooms upstairs, including the Primary Suite, which has a walk-in closet, en suite bath, and private balcony overlooking the backyard. Just down the hall is the third bedroom, which has two comfortable Queen sized beds and another private bath.
This home is a short walk from historic River Street and the world famous Pirate’s House, which first opened in 1753 as an inn for seafarers, and quickly became a rendezvous spot for pirates. You’ll be on the quiet end of Congress Street, but just blocks away from Savannah’s nightlife.
