The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historic building with an elevator and is furnished with fine materials that give the environment a modern and elegant style. The main features of the house are the large French windows from which to admire the view of the city and Mount Etna and the particular decorations on the ceiling. The entrance opens onto the living area, an open space divided into three communicating spaces: the living room furnished with a comfortable sofa and a television, the dining area with a marble table, and the island kitchen, fully-equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and kettle. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a desk and an ensuite bathroom with shower. An additional bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
