The Home

This modern 4-bedroom villa with private pool (can be heated at extra cost) is in a great location just a few minutes from the Marina, town, and the main beach of Lagos (Meia Praia).

There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.
On the ground-floor there is a WC as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a separate family bathroom with shower cubicle.

There is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. A washing machine is also provided.

The large lounge is comfortably furnished and leads directly out to the pool area. A Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are available for guests.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
