You can sunbathe on the sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue or simply relax while enjoying a spectacular sunset in the chill out area. It has a chlorine pool of 8mx3m and a depth between 0.70m and 2m. As there are no neighbours nearby, your privacy is total.
The interior is distributed over three floors. On the main floor, an open kitchen with ceramic hob and equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay and a dining table. The living room has AC and Smart TV. Three of the four bedrooms are located on this floor. One of them has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
