This hidden gem is in a quiet and secure upmarket neighbourhood of Constantia, the Cape's (and country's!) oldest wine region. A beautiful space in which to escape the summer crowds. This north-facing property is surrounded by tall trees and mountain views perfectly situated to soak up the last rays of the day. Wine farms are a stones throw away and access to all that the Mother City has to offer is effortless! Walking distance to the Alphen and Hohenhort Hotels. Hikes from the front door, through the Constantia Green Belt and onto Table Mountain Reserve, provide wonderful access to Cape Town's natural beauty. Equidistant from Kalk Bay to Camps Bay, Central to Atlantic and Indian coastlines, the Waterfront and Noordhoek. Mountain Bike from the front door. Many world class restaurants, bars, shopping centres, Gym and wine farms within a 3 kilometre radius.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
