Kihei Holiday Resort is located directly across the street from Sugar Beach,
one of Maui’s best, white-sand beaches. Sugar Beach is the longest walking
beach on Maui and is a popular spot for windsurfing, kiteboarding, kayaking,
standup paddle boarding (SUPing) and much more. It’s located 20 minutes from
the airport, between Maalaea Harbor and Wailea.
Kihei Holiday #215 is a bright and airy two-bedroom/one-bathroom condo on the
second floor of a three-story building, up just one flight of stairs from the
assigned parking space.
The full-sized kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need, including
stainless steel appliances, microwave, and a coffee maker. The dining room

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions below.
- - Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
- - Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.

- - No pets are allowed unless the property is listed as Pets OK.
- - All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
