Balconies both upstairs and downstairs boast spectacular ocean views of the Bass Coast and country views of the South Gippsland region. Kilcunda is the closest ocean beach to Melbourne, yet only 10 minutes to Phillip Island. It is a well equipped and stylishly renovated and furnished family home, just a short stroll to the beach, including Shelley’s beach, the Ocean View Hotel and General Store.
If the beach is not what you’re looking for, there is no need to venture away from the house to enjoy country and seaside views, beautiful gardens, and a heated swim spa (heated to 37 degrees).

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
