Book your stay with us today and embark on a journey of relaxation and rejuvenation! ***** Here’s a detailed layout of the property: Living room: - A spacious living area with comfortable lounging options - Pool table area - Tata Sky & High-speed WiFi - Formal dining area Bedrooms: - The villa has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - Each bedroom can occupy max of 2 people - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms - Closet space is provided in all the rooms Bathrooms: - The villa has 3 attached washrooms in the bedrooms - There’s a powder room in the living area - The bathrooms are fitted with modern amenities - Hot water supply in all bathrooms - Essentials like towels and basic toiletries are provided by Hireavilla Kitchen: - Fully-equipped kitchen with informal breakfast dining - Cook available on request Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. Parking is available at the property. Maintaining the essence of a classic Goan village, the villa is surrounded by lush green trees, churches , famous eateries, restaurants like House of Llyods, night clubs like LPK and is close to Candolim beach (5 minutes drive) and Coco Beach. We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms). - Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed. - We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required. - There are occasional power cuts in Goa. The villa has a generator backup that can support all the appliances for up to 8-10 hours. - A Security deposit of Rs 30000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded 72 hours after checkout. - Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow music in the outdoor section of the property. - Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval. - Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay. - Linen (bed linen & towels) will be changed every 2 days. Requests for the linen and towels to be changed daily they will be chargeable. - We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo in all properties, other amenities like dental kits, shaving kits etc are all on request. -BBQ Grill is provided with a chef at an additional cost and requires prior notice.
