Greeted by a playful fountain to the left, the villa lies within a community detailed with the finest of standards. The villa opens to a linear-style living room, with cozy in-wall seating on one side. The dining room seats 6 and overlooks the glistening pool that hugs one border of the home. Natural light illuminates the lounge spaces and an airy open-kitchen makes the villa a charming place to spend quality time with your loved ones. The stairway leads you up to two bedrooms on either side, while one room remains on the ground level by the living room.

Guests have access to all the amenities on the property including the rooms, the private swimming pool, lawn. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.

The famous hub of Vagator is known for its popular eateries, artisan bars and exquisite nightlife. The stretch at Vagator beach has some of the best spots for sunsets, world cuisine, music and performances. The Night Market at Vagator gathers visitors from around the world with unique arts, crafts, decor and lifestyle items available from local and foreign vendors.
We can help you get rented vehicles (two wheelers and cars). The best way to reach the villa is to book a prepaid taxi from the airport (We can help in booking that for you as well at a reasonable price). Airport is approximately 40 kms away. Nearest railway station is Thivim (~30 kms).
- Guest capacity should be respected. Unaccounted guests are not allowed.
- We only allow families and mixed groups at the apartment.
- Pool timings are 9 am to 9 pm. No eating/drinking/smoking near the pool area.
- We do have a kitchen available on site. Kitchen access is provided to the guests only for preparing light snacks, baby food, reheating. For any other purpose host’s approval is required.
- The villa has a full power backup incase of any occasional power outages that occur in Goa.
- A Security deposit of Rs 15000 will be taken at the time of check-in and will be refunded during checkout.
- Being located in a gated community, we don’t allow loud music in the property.
- Late checkouts are subject to availability and will be charged additionally. Late checkout is permitted only with prior approval.
- Identity proofs are mandatory for all who are there for the stay.
