Villa Gasco is a wonderful villa located in the quiet, isolated and sunny hinterland of Lazise. The villa’s position allows its guests to completely immerse themselves in local nature and wine-growing tradition, as Villa Gasco is situated amidst panoramic hills and numerous vineyards that produce the famous red wine called ’Bardolino’, known worldwide. The property is accessible via an unpaved road that leads directly to the main gate and crosses the large garden with swimming pool to the covered parking area that can accommodate a maximum of 3 cars. GROUND FLOOR The villa is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 7 people. Upon entering the villa, its atmosphere, which blends relaxation and tranquillity with artistic designs throughout the house, will overwhelm you with the large living room, decorated with large sofas and comfortable armchairs, a traditional fireplace and satellite TV. Our guests will have the privilege of choosing between eating with the comfort of the indoor dining table in the living area or enjoying incredible meals using the outdoor table, surrounded by the vineyard, under the ventilated porch overlooking the pool. The kitchen, connected to the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals for your family holiday. The ground floor also has the first bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. Near the room there is a staircase leading to the basement with another bathroom and laundry. FIRST FLOOR The living room has a staircase leading to the first floor, the sleeping area, which has two bedrooms. The first room has a built-in wardrobe, a double bed and is completed by a modern en-suite bathroom with shower. The second double bedroom is decorated with a large wardrobe and can also offer a third single bed. Like the first room, this also has a new en-suite bathroom with shower. EXTERIOR Villa Gasco is surrounded by vineyards and its property is not fenced. The focal point of our villa’s summer life is certainly the pool well integrated into the green garden, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for perfect relaxation. The exterior of the Villa offers a wide and ventilated porch for dining and a barbecue that can be used to celebrate with family and friends. The pool is not heated and is usually open from 01.05 to 30.09. THE AREA The lake and its beaches can be reached in a few minutes, as well as the Gardaland amusement park area, Movieland and Caneva Water Park and the thermal park Villa dei Cedri in Colà di Lazise with its hot thermal lake in a huge park open all year round. Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a tourist destination all year round. Guests can swim, surf or sail in the waters of Italy’s largest lake. Many guests also take advantage of our beautiful mountains for hiking and cycling or using the rotating cable car that leads to Monte Baldo. The Gardaland Resort and other theme parks are about 20 km away. Verona is 35 km away and Venice 160 km.
