The kitchen has cookware, dishes, and all essentials needed while on vacation. Just off the living room is a spacious balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and fresh ocean breeze.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom is spacious and also features a king-sized bed. If needed, there is additional sleeping space in the living area on the queen-size sofa sleeper. You will also find the second guest bathroom off the living area near the guest room.
The condo is equipped with free Wifi, cable TVs in the living room and both bedrooms and a stackable washer and dryer in the unit for your use.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.
- Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and Checkout is at 10:00 am
- No pets are allowed. Smoking is in designated areas only.
- Buses and trailers are strictly prohibited on the property.
