This property is on the 11th floor with elevators nearby and convenient to the front door. The property is decorated in lovely pale shades of blues and grays, and the entire condo has recently completed an amazing transformation, leaving nothing untouched. There is new flooring, freshly painted walls, beautiful crown molding, granite, and all-new furnishing throughout the property!
The condo is very comfortable and will sleep up to 8 people. There are two Queen sized beds in the guest room, one king bed in the master, and a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra sleeping arrangements should you need them.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.
- Check in is at 3:00 pm and Checkout at 10:00 am
