Our guests are invited to to use the Fitness Center which is located in the building, free of charge. In the close vicinity of the flat there are exceptional places to spend free time and nice green areas - less than 20 minutes walk is enough to admire the greenery of Brzeźnieński Park or relax on the beach in Brzeźno. The location offers easy access to well-known attractions of the Tricity. The nearest tram stop – Latarnia Morska - is only 550 metres from the building. Within 15 minutes by car you can reach a well-known historical site - Westerplatte. Letnica is a district of Gdańsk which is developing very dynamically - it is perfectly communicated with the centre thanks to the proximity of main roads such as Droga Zielona or Tunnel under the Martwa Wisła. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
