Located on Property Manager Avenue, you couldn’t be in a better location; just a short walk to the beach and steps from the bakery, market, restaurants, pool, and other wonderful shops. Enjoy ocean views and sunsets while rocking on the front porch of this timeless home.

Main floor
Bright and airy are two words to describe the great room. Perfect for enjoying family, entertaining, and just plain relaxing. Kick back in the living room on down-filled sofas with large ottomans that front the fireplace. Pick up something to read from the book-lined shelves, play a video game, or watch your favorite movie.
The large island in the kitchen is just waiting for the cook, baker, or entertainer to claim. Our kitchen is fully outfitted for you to make a simple family dinner or a full holiday spread. Either way, we have you covered.
Curl up in the sunny window seat and watch all the happy people, kids, and dogs as they stroll to the shops or browse Property Manager Saturday Market.
The main floor guest bedroom has a California King bed and the bathroom has heated floors, both inviting on your get-away.
Second floor
A walk upstairs leads you to the primary bedroom suite, which also has a California King bed and heated tile floors, plus a walk-in shower and Home Office (if you must check email during your stay).
The second bedroom upstairs is also a separate suite with a queen bed, heated tile floors, and tub/shower.
Both suites have maximum windows with glorious sunlight, and black-out shades for sleeping in, resting up, or hunkering down.
A bonus for kids (or adults still growing up) are the built-in bunk beds.
Outdoors
Lot No. 6 sits perfectly for sun and shade, whichever you prefer. The yard was thoughtfully designed to accommodate sunning, BBQ-ing, and hanging out, or readying for a clam dig, beach walk, or day jaunt to Ruby Beach or Lake Quinault.
There are comfortable rocking chairs on the extended front porch. On the back deck there’s a bench and a fenced patio with a lovely gated arbor walkway to the shops or pool. The house is surrounded by trees, grass, and plants that grow nicely in the oceanic coastal climate.

Dog owners will be delighted to find a fully fenced yard , dog beds, treats, towels, shampoo, and an outdoor hot/cold water hose for post-beach baths.

Lot 6 is located in the spectacular Greenway District. Stroll along the Woodland Promenade, rest in the Meriweather Square Pavilion or pick a trailhead and explore the forest. Homes in the Greenway District is just a quick 5 minute walk to town center and the beach.
