Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Ferrara, equal to 1.50 euro.
  • We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

  • Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
  • Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
  • Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
  • Ferrara Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
  • * Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment*
  • The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you a few days before arrival.
  • Check-in must be MANDATORY online as well as the payment of the tourist tax, before arrival.
  • Once these operations have been carried out, instructions will be sent to access the apartment.
