One of the most unique, private properties in all of North Beach. Over an acre of park-like space for you and your group, just steps from the beach and a two minute bike ride to restaurants and shops.
This classic Southern beach home features large rooms, 3 outdoor porches and 2 light-filled sun rooms. With hundreds of trees, the back and side yards provide privacy and opportunity to host with a pool, lounge areas and an outdoor bar.
As you enter the home you first notice the beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings and crystal chandelier in the entryway. Through the French doors on the left is a large sitting room with a gray sectional couch, two accent chairs and a 58” Roku TV with sound bar. The wet bar has a granite countertop and a wine fridge. Behind the couch is a wall-to-wall built-in bookshelf.
Through the French doors to the right is the open concept living room/dining room. The living room has a white sofa with chaise lounge and two accent chairs, a beautiful brick fireplace and 55” Roku TV with sound bar. The dining room has a long, dark wooden table that seats 10 – plenty of room for your family to enjoy a meal together! At the back of the house is the large kitchen with black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and Electrolux fridge. There is a kitchen nook that has a round table that seats six. Off the kitchen is one of the screened-in porches. There are four bar stools to sit and enjoy a drink while looking out over the tranquil backyard.
Down the hall from the entrance is a ½ bath with pedestal sink. This can also be accessed by the sitting room. At the end of the hall is the freshly renovated master suite with a king bed, 50" SMART TV and large walk-in closet. The private bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. This room has access to both a screened-in porch and a Carolina sun room. The screened-in porch has a porch swing, two swing chairs and two additional chairs. The Carolina room has sky lights and two chairs. A great place to sit and read a book!
Four bedrooms can be found on the second floor. At the top of the stairs is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The laundry room is next to this behind closed doors. To the right there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a day bed with trundle. The next bedroom is a large room with a king bed, accent chair and 43” Roku TV. This room has a private bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The French doors open to another good size room that can be used as an office if you have any work you need to do while on vacation. On the left side of the hall there is another bedroom with a king bed, large closets and a 43” TV. The ensuite has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The final bedroom has two twin beds and a twin bunkbed set.
Outside by the pool, with waterfall feature and spa, there are six lounge chairs, a wicker sofa and umbrella table that seats eight. The Char-Broil gas grill is on the side under a canopy. Then you have the lovely covered outdoor bar with ceiling fans, 12 bar stools, a dart board and mounted 32” TV. There is also an outdoor bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.
This home is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and out and has everything you will need to enjoy your beach vacation!
Coligny Plaza, Hilton Head Island’s downtown area, is located only 9 blocks from the home offering shopping, dining, groceries, the local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and entertainment, there is something for everyone in your party. The home is located only steps from the bike path with over 55 miles of bike paths to explore on this pristine island.

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
