Charming villa with swimming pool equipped with all comforts to accommodate up to 6 people and immersed in the peaceful countryside of Ostuni. The location is convenient for reaching the enchanting marina and its beaches, located just 20 minutes away by car, while the center of Ostuni is 15 minutes away by car. Also close to the property is the entrance to the provincial road to quickly reach the other unmissable towns in the area such as Fasano, Alberobello, Locorotondo and Monopoli.
The villa of about 100 sqm has a large garden with swimming pool (5 steps to access it) with sun loungers and a patio equipped with tables and chairs.
The swimming pool is open from mid-June to the end of September.
The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and microwave
- Living room with sofa and TV

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement.
- Smoking is forbidden (our apartments are entirely smoke-free).
- To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.
