Beyond this lovely estate nestled in the heart of a 4,000 sq. m pine forest, the glorious sandy beaches of the French Riviera await, including the Bay of Pampelonne which is known in particular for its long and sublime sandy beach, which runs for nearly 5 kilometres between Cap du Pinet and Cap Camarat and it is only few minutes drive away.
The villa is set over two floors and sleeps up to 12 guests in total comfort and luxury. On the main floor is a living space with dining room open onto large covered terrace to suit all occasions, gourmet delights can be cooked up in the fully equipped kitchen (which comes with its own entrance) for unforgettable mealtimes. The main floor also features the master bedroom with e-suite bathroom leading to its own private terrace. Whatever your mood, you’ll find impeccable style and fine interior design the perfect backdrop for relaxing or entertaining.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- An inventory of all items in the apartment and their condition is checked following the departure of each guest. If items are recorded as missing or damaged following your stay, the booking guest will be held responsible and the replacement or repair cost will be required.
