The large backyard features a sparkling blue swimming pool, 7’ spa, and firepit, which is undoubtedly where you’ll want to spend most of your time. Plenty of seating around the pool and under the shade offers an opportunity to entertain family and friends or enjoy a game of bocce ball or corn hole. After you cook up your steaks on the Gas BBQ, the patio table and chairs offer seating for 6. Additionally, the newly remodeled bathroom adds a touch of modern elegance to enhance your overall living experience
As you enter the home you’ll instantly feel the Palm Springs Vibe. The vibrant colors in the décor as well as palm accents will provide the perfect setting for relaxation. A fully stocked kitchen featuring a gas stove offers a great cooking experience for the chef in your group. With comfortable seating in the living room area, gather around the fireplace and watch a movie, read a book, or play games.
At the end of the day, there are 3 bedrooms to choose from. The two guest bedrooms feature queen size beds, TV and share a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. The primary bedroom offers a King size bed, HD TV, and updated ensuite bathroom with spacious walk in shower. This room also offers French doors that open up to the backyard.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the Uptown District of Palm Springs, you’ll find plenty of restaurants such as Eight4Nine and Ernest Coffee.
