Per Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2 IF they are 12 years of age or under only. Only one car per bedroom is allowed. No exceptions. No cats are allowed.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
