This recently remodeled, ranch-style vacation home offers the very best in indoor-outdoor desert living and entertaining. With 1500 square feet of living space plus a pool table and large covered patio out back, there is plenty of space for comfort and relaxation, this Palm Springs home is a resort within itself and a perfect spot for an extended stay.
Upon entering through the main entrance, you will find a game room with a pool table. Adjacent to it is a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, allowing everyone to be part of the action, whether cooking or playing pool. The dining area also features a sliding door that opens to the newly renovated covered patio.
The living room has a modern, comfortable sectional sofa, an HDTV, so everyone can gather to watch a movie, A fold-out cabinet queen bed for additional sleeping, and a sliding door for easy access to the BBQ and pool area.
In the primary bedroom, you can relax in a comfortable California king-size bed with your en-suite bathroom. or open your patio door to reach the pool outside. The two guest bedrooms feature a king-size bed, a queen bed, and HDTVs. Both are just steps away from the guest bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower.
Step outside and enjoy the sparkling, saltwater blue swimming pool and spa, which offer fantastic views of the western mountains. The newly refurbished patio has plenty of lounge and dining seating, perfect for soaking up the sun and experiencing the ultimate Palm Springs stay. For cooler evenings, relax by the newly installed fire pit.
