Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The villa has many stairs throughout the house.
- - Bedroom 6 is smaller and located near the staff room.
- - The only official dining area is beneath the palapa outside. If it rains, there should not be a problem, but it is also possible to set up a dining room in the entertainment area by converting the pool table into a dining area.
- - For reservations of 7 nights or more, use of the owner’s luxury yacht is included for up to 10 people for one day (subject to availability)
- - Access to Punta Mita beach clubs and golf courses can be arranged for up to 8 people, strictly with prior arrangement and subject to a daily fee that will be the equivalent of a nightly rate in a Punta Mita condo (please inquire $)
- - A security deposit might be required after booking confirmation (MX0378)
