This corner condo offers close to 1,900 square feet of living space and features breathtaking views of the sun rising out of the Gulf.. Other architectural features include an open concept living room with 10+ ft ceilings. New appliances and bedding throughout. 201 West’s view perfectly captures the beach and the morning Sun rising out of the Gulf.
Fully appointed kitchen includes all new appliances, breakfast bar, eat in breakfast area, new dining room area, ice maker, ice machine, beverage cooler, Keurig and regular coffee maker, microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, and laundry room with new full-size washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and central heating and A/C. Master Bedroom is separated and private from the other two bedrooms and has access door to the balcony. The huge master bath features an inviting whirlpool tub, glass-enclosed shower, double vanity and plenty of storage. This lovely condo is furnished with a mix of traditional and modern decor. On site amenities include hot tub, 2 pools (indoor and out) including a kiddie pool, professional tennis court, pickle ball, a fitness center, a sauna and an outdoor grilling area.
