Discover a place to disconnect and enjoy! Located in a natural and peaceful setting, this rustic and exotic style estate, just a few minutes from Madrid, offers an exceptional space for those looking to spend a few days in a special location.
OUTSIDE:
The outside is very versatile, striking and exotic. On one side, on the banks of a heated swimming pool with 3 waterfalls, shower and jacuzzi, there is a porch with hammock area and margarita bar with bamboo finishes. Also, in the lower exterior part of the property, you will be able to enjoy a barbecue area and wood ovens where you can eat at a solid wood table and two toilets. On the other hand, in the upper part, also outside, there is a large chill-out area with a solarium, hammocks, armchairs and views of the Batres mountain. Next to it, there is a pond with exotic fish surrounded by vegetation, a bamboo walkway and a wooden bridge that crosses the pond. In addition, it is worth mentioning that the estate has ambient music (both indoors and outdoors), so that you can transport yourself and relax during your stay at the villa.
INTERIOR:
On the ground floor, the property has a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with fireplace, armchairs, folding sofas, sofa bed and a projector screen with surround sound. On the same floor, there is a mini bar with billiards and a bathroom with double waterfall shower, toilet and sauna. Upstairs, there is another living room with fireplace, another fully equipped kitchen with island, two bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom and the jewel in the crown: a suite with private bathroom, xxl bathtub, king size bed, fireplace and views of the pool.
This space is designed for the relaxation and enjoyment of its guests. No groups for parties due to incompatibility with the environment and to avoid strident noise and out of hours.
