Access and Accessibility

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
- Please take a moment to go over our additional booking policies and confirm by sending a message that you have read and agreed to the house rules.
- 1. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.
- 2. To ensure a hassle-free check-in experience, we kindly request that you provide the registration information at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time. For last-minute bookings, please note that failure to submit the required registration information may result in check-in issues, and in such cases, refunds will not be granted.
- 3. Lost keys are subject to a $100 replacement charge to reimburse parts, labour, and administration involved.
