It is possible to rent the villa (10+1 beds) with the exclusive use of the swimming pool or rent the entire property – Villa + Cottage (14+3 beds in total) - with the exclusive use of 2 swimming pools and jacuzzi. The villa is rented as one villa but is composed of two separate flats, which are connected by an interior door. On the ground floor: Two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with glorious arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley and one bathroom; one spacious double bedroom, one bathroom with large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, separate dressing room and large en-suite bathroom with shower, a studio/bedroom with french bed. On the first floor: Two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for reading), a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, one bathroom; a master bedroom with queen size bed and large double shower en-suite bathroom, one large bedroom (queen size bed), one twin bedroom, another bathroom with shower. The villa has been completely restored with old and original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very cool and clean look.
