Villa Cerreta is located in the heart of Tuscany, on the hill overlooking the ancient spa town of Montecatini Terme in the province of Pistoia. It is an excellent starting point for visiting Tuscan cities such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca and also the beaches of Versilia. The Villa is surrounded by an elegant park with swimming pool. All around the landscape is enriched by centuries-old olive trees, terraces cultivated according to the Tuscan tradition and vineyards that frame an enchanting picture.

On the ground floor there are reception hall, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a stone staircase leads to the first floor.
On the first floor, that can also be accessed via the staircase next to the villa, there are a dining room / kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, a large living room with fireplace, air conditioning, wi-fi Internet , satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi system with CD player, safe and fans, a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a reading room and a double sofa bed.
On the second floor there are four large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower. All rooms have air conditioning.

Swimming pool (15x5 m - depth m 1.10 to 1.40), park with consecrated chapel dating back to the XIX century, barbecue, hairdryer. In the annex next to the villa live the keepers who they care and maintenance of the swimming pool and garden remains however the exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool.
