On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace and a large dining area with outputs directly onto the garden. The kitchen is well equipped. Upstairs are five double bedrooms (two of which can accommodate an extra bed) each with a private bathroom with shower or bathtub. The large bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The temperature inside the house is regulated by a software management that always guarantees a pleasant climatic situation. The heating system is underfloor. Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly), a pizza party.
