Podere Contignano is located in the heart of the Val d’Orcia, a UNESCO site, and is located in the middle of fields planted with vines and olive trees with spectacular views. The bright and bright Yellow Room (sleeps 2), furnished with Provençal fabrics, equipped with a double bed, opens directly onto the lawn and, since the first awakening, invites you to enjoy the greenery of our countryside. The Green room (2 beds), equipped with a double bed, with the opening on the pergola in front of the playground, enriched with table and chairs, allows you to relax, enjoying the tranquility of the place. The room Archetto (sleeps 2), intimate, cozy and romantic, located on the ground floor of the farm, will offer you a pleasant relaxing stay and a double bed. The Rosa room (2 beds), equipped with a double bed, with the opening on the pergola in front of the playground, enriched with table and chairs, allows you to relax, enjoying the tranquility of the place. The room Il Focolare (sleeps 2), on the top floor, enjoys a splendid view of the surrounding countryside, but its particularity is undoubtedly the large fireplace made in the most authentic style of the Tuscan countryside that flanks the double bed. A small kitchenette is also available. The Triple Room (3 beds), large and spacious, is suitable for three people. Fresh and shady, it was built in the old cellar of the farm and is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower. The Apartment Le Persiane is located on the first floor of the farm and is accessed by a stone staircase, has an independent entrance and an outdoor area for outdoor dining. Completely renovated according to the Tuscan rustic tradition, for 4 people, it is located in front of the swimming pool and enjoys a beautiful panoramic view. It has a large kitchen, a bright living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, independent heating. The apartment Il Granaio is located on the first floor of the farm and is accessed by an impressive stone staircase, has an independent entrance and an outdoor area for outdoor dining. Retrieved from the old ’granary’ of the farm, it has an area of about 80 square meters, for 4 guests, it consists of a large kitchen / living room, a bedroom with two beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Tastefully decorated, fully reflects the Tuscan rustic tradition. Equipped with every comfort and complete equipment in the kitchen with dishwasher, central heating, fireplace. From the windows a magnificent view over the whole Val D’Orcia. There is a common room and kitchen, where guests can eat and prepare meals together. Services Outdoor swimming pool (6x12 m, depth 1.5 m) fenced by fence/ hedge with gate, free Wi-Fi, fireplace, common room, wood-burning oven, heating, dishwasher, panoramic view. Prices include consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly). Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption. Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets € 25.00 per week.
