Intermares Beach is 9 km from the center of the capital of Paraíba, in the municipality of Cabedelo. Intermares borders Praia do Bessa and Praia do Poço, having the same characteristics, with a seafront bustling with bars and stalls, a wide stretch of sand ideal for walking and sports, and a sea of rough waters with good waves. The beach is very popular with practitioners of water sports, such as surfing, kitesurfing, wakeboarding and windsurfing.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • CONDOMINIUM RULES:
  • 1. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE RECEPTION OF GUESTS:
  • - The administrator of the units or the owner of the properties will be responsible for receiving their users between 08:00 and 19:00, only after this time will the reception be able to receive guests through a registration form filled in with the information of all guests and identification documentation with photo previously sent to reception;
  • - Bookings for persons under 18 years old will not be allowed.
  • 2. GUEST IDENTIFICATION:
  • - It will be mandatory to wear identification wristbands in the condominium facilities throughout the duration of the vacation rental;
  • - The bracelets will be made by the administrators/owners who, in turn, in common agreement, must make a SINGLE MODEL of holographic bracelet with the name PARK DEL PRADO RESIDENCE to be made available at the reception to be delivered (01 bracelet per guest registered in the reservation ).
  • 3. VISITOR RULE FOR SEASONAL RENTAL UNITS:
  • - Visitors who are not part of the reservation will not be allowed to enter.
  • 4. VEHICLE ACCESS RULE FOR SEASONAL RENTAL UNITS:
  • - The guest's vehicle can only use the space available for its rented unit;
  • - The vehicle license plate must be provided at the reception in advance for registration of access and release.
  • 5. CONFIGURATION OF THE QUANTITY OF PEOPLE PER UNIT:
  • - 01 bedroom apartments: 04 adults and 01 child;
  • - Apartment with 02 rooms: 06 adults 02 children.
  • 6. RECEPTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • - The employees at the reception of the condominium, which is residential, will only be available to answer questions regarding the condominium and its rules of coexistence, having no responsibility regarding the leased units, and the guest, in cases of need, to contact the administrator and/or property owner.
  • 7. CORRECT USE OF ELEVATORS:
  • - The guest must access the rented unit with suitcases using the service elevator.
  • 8. PETS OR PETS:
  • - The guest will not be allowed to enter with any type of pet, this being restricted to resident owners only.
  • 9. COMMON AREAS RULES:
  • - The guest will need to schedule according to availability to use each common space, released within their profile. After that, you will receive a single access card with the release of the common area to be used, you must return the card after use.
  • - The guest must respect the opening hours and the rules of use in each common area;
  • - Access to the ENTERTAINMENT ROOMS with bathing suits or towels will not be allowed.
  • • UNDERGROUND FLOOR – BIKE RACK - ❌ This area will only be reserved for owners
  • in accordance with the current rule, only USE by resident owners of the units is allowed.
  • • UNDERGROUND FLOOR – WORKSHOP - ❌ This area will only be reserved for owners according to
  • rule in force, only USE being allowed by resident owners of the units.
  • • GROUND FLOOR – GOURMET SALON AREA - ❌ This area will only be reserved for
  • owners according to the current rule, being only allowed the USE by resident owners of the
  • units.
  • • 1st FLOOR – LAUNDRY -❌ This area will only be reserved for owners
  • in accordance with the current rule, only USE by resident owners of the units is allowed.
  • • 2nd FLOOR – OFFICE - ❌ This area will only be reserved for owners according to the rule
  • in force, being only allowed the USE by resident owners of the units.
  • • 5th FLOOR – TOY LIBRARY - ✅ - This area will be free for the conscious use of guests by
  • season; - Space intended for the entertainment of children under 12 years old ONLY
  • accompanied by an adult; - The guest must observe the rules of use of this area, respecting the
  • people capacity and opening hours. - ADULTS will not be allowed to stay
  • alone who are not accompanying a child. - The use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited in this area
  • and foods that are not relevant to the child's diet.
  • • 6th FLOOR – GAMES ROOM - ✅ This area will be released for the conscious use of guests by
  • season; - Space is intended for the entertainment of adults and young people; - Children under 12 years old
  • ONLY accompanied by an adult; - The guest must observe the rules of use of this area,
  • respecting the capacity of people and opening hours. - The consumption of beverages in this area
  • is allowed in a conscious way, being the guest responsible for its cleaning and maintenance of the
  • environment for other people to use; - The use of PORTABLE SOUND will be allowed in a way
  • aware that it will not disturb the rest (according to the rule of silence from 10 pm). - O
  • Consumption of food is not allowed in this area.
  • • 9th FLOOR – SWIMMING POOL - ✅ This area will be released for the conscious use of guests per season; -
  • Space is intended for the entertainment of adults and young people; - Children under 12 years old ONLY
  • accompanied by an adult; - The guest must observe the rules of use of this area, respecting the
  • people capacity and opening hours. (Bath: from 08:00 to 22:00). - It is definitely
  • The consumption of drinks and food inside the pool or on the edge is prohibited. - The use of PORTABLE SOUND will be
  • consciously allowed so that it does not disturb the rest during the whole day, (they will not be
  • music with sexual appeal is allowed. - When leaving the pool area, do not access the
  • elevators if it is wet, in cases of damage to the equipment if the failure of misuse by
  • water, the unit owner will be notified. - Return access to the units must be done
  • by the service elevator if the guest is wearing bathing suits or a towel.
  • • 9th FLOOR – BARBECUE -❌ This area will only be reserved for owners
  • in accordance with the current rule, only USE by resident owners of the units is allowed.
  • 10. WASTE DISPOSAL:
  • - Garbage must be disposed of in the appropriate place in the access identified in front of the social elevator.
  • 11. GENERAL RULES OF GOOD COEXISTENCE:
  • - Do not hang clothes on balconies and windows;
  • - It is forbidden to walk through the common areas and corridors of the condominium WITHOUT A SHIRT or wearing swimwear (swimming trunks, bikinis or bathing suits);
  • - Shopping carts cannot be left in the aisles and must be returned immediately after use, to the place of origin;
  • - Carefully observe the numbering of the garages of the respective apartments, using only the parking space of the respective unit;
  • - After 22:00hrs respect the silence.
