Are you looking for a quiet and serene island setting with a beachfront location? Northern Lights is a 9-unit privately owned group of townhouses in the North Side area of Grand Cayman. For snorkelers and divers, the location is ideal, with a protected coral reef designated as a Marine Park and abundant marine life just outside your doorstep.
As you step into our condo, you’ll be greeted by a fantastic view of our freshwater pool, inviting cabanas, a convenient boat dock, and the magnificent Caribbean Sea. At the end of the dock, there’s a charming thatched cabana, perfect for soaking up the sun or simply savouring the breathtaking scenery.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
