Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1. Guests hereby understand property owner requires a separate digitally signed rental agreement and ID verification within 24 hours of booking
- 2. Guests hereby agree to all house rules listed here and in signed rental agreement and adhere to max guest limit.
- 3. Guest understands this property is located in a residential neighborhood with STRICT No Party Policy and Good Neighbor Policy in effect.
- 4. Guests acknowledge these are not hotel rooms and there is no front desk.
- 5. Guests confirm they have basic knowledge of how home systems operate.
- 6. Guests understand air mattresses are not permitted at the property, extra blankets and sheets not provided.
- 7. Guests understand that what is supplied by the property owner is listed under amenities and property manager does not supply additional items.
- 8. Guests understand that property manager is available in case of emergency and other urgent situations. Guest must call/text property manager directly at number listed in the house manual and at the property.
- 9. Guest acknowledge no pets are permitted at any time at this property unless specified on listing. Additional pet fee required.
- 10. Minimum age requirements may apply depending on the property insurance provider for that home.
