Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Please be aware parties are not permitted at this property.
- This is a nice home to be enjoyed by guests looking for a relaxing getaway.
- Please be respectful of our neighbours & keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.
- -This doesn't mean you cant enjoy yourself, chat, play music etc, please just keep it to a reasonable level after 9pm)
- I live close by if there are any issues.
- SPA NEXT TO POOL - There is a small pool next to the main swimming pool which used to be a spa. IT IS NOT OPERATIONAL! It is not listed as a property feature for this reason. DON NOT TRY TO CONNECT IT. This will cause a lot of problems with the main swimming pool and you will need to pay for the damages.
- House parties will not be tolerated and will be shut down immediately with no refund.
- PLEASE NOTE:
- NO SCHOOLIES, PARTIES, HENS/BUCKS GROUPS. This home is in a nice, quiet area with lovely neighbours who shouldn't be disturbed by excessive noise.
