External Description
The villa is immersed in a large garden (approximately 4000 m2) with lawn and secular oaks offering some glimpses of the Tuscan archipelago and the Maremma countryside.
Within the garden there are several reading corners and lounge areas with gazebos and sofas, ideal for relaxing while sipping a good glass of wine.
Under the patio, near the kitchen, there is a dining table for alfresco meals while a second dining table with barbecue is present in another area of the garden from where you can admire a splendid sea view.
Among the outdoor spaces you will find an infinity pool with waterfall (16 x 4 m, depth 1.40 m), open all year round from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Around the pool there is a large wooden deck, equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, awning and a centuries-old oak tree which guarantees natural shade in this area.
At guests’ disposal also a private parking for 6 cars, and another area with a wooden deck and an outdoor 5-seater hot tub (that can be used from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.).
Internal Description
The villa is spread over 2 floors and some intermediate floors, can accommodate up to 14 people, has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, tv and mosquito nets. 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available upon request.
The ground floor houses some bright living areas: a living room with sofas, armchairs and fireplace; a cellar; a dining room (with a table for 14 people); a kitchen with direct access to the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with: induction and gas hobs, 2 ovens, a specific high-temperature electric oven for pizza, microwave, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, coffee machine, extractor and toaster.
Going down half a floor from the ground floor you can reach a large living room with two sofas and tv, and a service bathroom.
From the ground floor, going up half a floor, you will get to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower and bathtub).
Then going up 1 floor, on one side you will find two bedrooms (one twin and one double), both with ensuite bathroom (with shower) while on the other side there are two other bedrooms (one twin and one double), both with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Still going up 1 and a half floor you will arrive to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).
Lastly, on the ground floor there is a dependance with a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom (with shower), and direct access to the garden.
