Isla Iguana is located in the intimate and safe Isla Iguana closed neighborhood walking distance from the Marina Vallarta District. Right on the marina of Marina Vallarta, the homes of Isla Iguana are homie town houses with their own patio and view on the water, in addition to having access to a lovely marina walk and private pool and palapa for get togethers and enjoying the afternoon. Perfectly located walking distance from Marina Vallarta where you can go dine, shop, and leave for most of the bay’s activities, or a quick drive to Galerias shopping mall and Walmart. Isla Iguana is great for a family getaway or relaxing, safe stay. Within Isla Iguana, you can stroll around or walk to the Marina Vallarta area for restaurants, shopping, and other activities. Otherwise, driving and Ubers/taxis are very reliable way to drive into town or take you to the Galerias Mall or other shopping in the centrally located region.

Access and Accessibility

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • 1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in the reservation. All guests will have to register with Property Managers before their arrival
  • 2. All guests shall respect neighbors' rights and space, shall not engage in any illegal activities, and shall maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
  • 3. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
  • 4. Pets are not allowed unless expressly noted in your reservation. A special Pet Cleaning fee and a standard cleaning fee will be charged on top of the reservation if you bring a pet.
  • 5. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises or in the building common areas. A fine will be charged to the reservation if this is not respected.
  • 6. You are liable for any property damage and agree to accept charges to your card on file should damage occur during your occupancy.
  • 7. Check-in is at 3 pm or later, and Check-out is at 11 am or earlier unless noted in your reservation. If these times are not respected, there will be a fine charged to the reservation.
  • 8. Unit includes central air conditioning, but guests will be required to spend less than 100kwh per day or will otherwise be charged.
