Lovely and cozy apartment with terrace, a few steps from the sea, near the district of Nervi, in Genoa.
The apartment, located on the first floor of a building accessible with an elevator, opens onto the living area, a large open space complete with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, an open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. From here, guests can access the terrace, furnished with a table, some chairs and some beautiful plants that decorate the space. Further on, the sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large closet. A modern bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
